The Hacienda flow lives inside the Shopify flow

Watch how a team can keep using Shopify like normal: orders, POS sales, refunds, customer files, accepted documents, resends, and recovery actions all stay in the context of the Shopify order.

No portal jump. No parallel workflow.

The TicoSync status block lives directly inside Shopify Admin, so Hacienda evidence shows up where operators already check the order.

  • Operators download PDF, signed XML, and accepted Hacienda XML without leaving the order.
  • Accepted, rejected, resend, and recovery states are visible in Shopify instead of a separate tax portal.
  • The order remains the operating surface for sales, fulfillment, refunds, and compliance evidence.

A partial refund flow can leave multiple accepted credit notes on the same Shopify order, each with its own PDF, XML, and accepted Hacienda XML.

Refund in Shopify. See the credit notes in Shopify.

When Shopify refunds happen in pieces, TicoSync keeps each Hacienda credit note visible inside the same order instead of making the team reconstruct the correction history elsewhere.

  • The original accepted invoice remains at the top with its Hacienda evidence.
  • Each refund note shows its own consecutive number, accepted status, and download buttons.
  • Operators can reprocess a credit note without touching the accepted source invoice.

Analytics without leaving the operating context

TicoSync does not just send documents and disappear. The embedded analytics page shows whether Shopify orders are being processed, accepted, rejected, fixed, or repaired from the same app surface.

  • Owners can see processed orders versus accepted Hacienda documents at a glance.
  • Rejected documents and rejected credit notes are visible before they become accounting surprises.
  • Document type totals help accounting understand the mix of invoices, tickets, and credit notes.

Accounting evidence, ready when the month closes

The downloads page builds the accountant handoff from the documents TicoSync already issued: PDFs, signed XMLs, Hacienda responses, invoices, and credit notes grouped by sales channel and order.

  • Export a full month, a custom date range, or a single sales channel from inside the Shopify app.
  • Recent packages stay visible so finance can download the same evidence again without rebuilding.
  • The ZIP reflects real stored evidence instead of a reconstructed spreadsheet.

Your team does the normal Shopify work

TicoSync listens to that work and handles the Costa Rica compliance path around it.
